SoHum ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our app.
· Email address (for account registration and login) · Journal and dream entries you create and their full content · Emotion tags you select · AI-generated interpretations ("whispers"), awakening index scores, and dream classifications · User psychological profile: long-term accumulated data including core psychological patterns, emotional expression style, growth edge, life context · Key memories: important insights extracted from your entries for cross-record deep understanding · Presence tracking data: deep observations such as what you left unsaid and topics you avoided in conversations · Conversation history with SoHum · Device notification tokens (for sending daily reminders you have enabled) · Subscription status information (receipt data verified through Apple App Store)

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with Row-Level Security (RLS), ensuring only you and administrators can access your records. We use encrypted transmission to protect data. AI analysis (including "whisper" interpretations, profile updates, growth report generation, conversation replies, etc.) is processed through third-party large language model services. During AI analysis, your journal/dream entries and associated profile data are transmitted to the third-party service for processing, and analysis results are returned upon completion. We do not guarantee the data retention period of the AI service provider; their specific retention policy applies. Your data is retained until you actively delete your account. After account deletion, all your data (including entries, interpretations, profiles, conversation history, etc.) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Account authentication and login for this app are provided and hosted by the Base44 platform. Base44 is GDPR-compliant and operates under a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). As a data processor, Base44 will not use your login credentials for purposes unrelated to providing the service. We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared with third parties in the following situations: · AI Analysis Service: Your journal/dream content, psychological profile, and conversation history are transmitted to third-party large language model services to generate AI interpretations, growth reports, and conversation replies. This is necessary for core functionality. · Payment Service: Subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store; Apple receives and verifies your receipt information. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export all data or delete your account from the Profile page in the app. After account deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
